In the company Eco-Bags spol. s r. o. the protection of personal data is ensured in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of such Data (GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation), and Act No. 18/2018 Z. z. on the protection of personal data. With effect from 25 May 2018, the exercise of the rights of the persons concerned and the control over the processing of their personal data are ensured.
Without prejudice to the legal basis of the processing of personal data, the person concerned has the right to access personal data, the right to rectify, delete, restrict the processing and the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic, or the right to make a proposal to initiate the procedure for the protection of personal data.
The person concerned may exercise his rights by filing the application, namely:

Eco-Bags spol. s r. o. provides the person concerned co-operation in the exercise of its rights.
Eco-Bags spol. s r.o. may request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the person concerned, if there are reasonable doubts as to the identity of the person filing the application.
If the application is manifestly unfounded or inappropriate, in particular for its recurring nature, Eco-Bags spol. s r.o. may refuse to act on application by the person concerned or may require an appropriate fee to take into account the administrative costs incurred in handling the application. Otherwise, information (within the meaning of Section 29 (5) of Act No. 18/2018 Z.z.) is provided free of charge.
Eco-Bags spol. s r. o. shall provide the person concerned with information on the measures taken at the request of Articles 21 to 28 of Act No. 18/2018 Z.z, without undue delay and in any case within one month of receipt of the application. That period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity of the application and the number of applications. Eco-Bags spol. s r. o. shall inform the person concerned of any such extension within one month of the receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the default. Where the person concerned has made the request by electronic means, the information shall, if possible, be provided by electronic means, unless the person concerned has requested a different means.
Eco-Bags spol. s r.o. shall notify any recipient to whom personal data have been provided any correction, deletion or limitation of the processing of personal data carried out pursuant to Sections 22, 23 and 24 of Act No. 18/2018 Z.z. if it does not prove impossible or does not require inappropriate effort. The operator shall inform the person concerned of those beneficiaries if the person concerned so requests.
The principles of fair and transparent processing of personal data require that the person concerned be informed of the existence of the processing operation and its purposes. Information relating to the processing of personal data relating to the person concerned, Eco-Bags spol. s r.o. gets the data subject at the time of receiving the personal data from the person concerned or, if personal data were obtained from another source, within a reasonable time after receiving personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
